The Gratitude Collective was founded by Rachel DesRochers on a simple but transformative belief: while none of us can do everything alone, together we can accomplish far more than we ever imagined.

After years of building businesses, creating community, and supporting entrepreneurs, Rachel recognized a common challenge. Makers, creators, and small business owners are incredibly talented, but too often they're expected to figure it all out on their own. Access to resources, opportunities, collaboration, and community shouldn't be reserved for a select few.

The Gratitude Collective exists to change that.

We believe that when we share our knowledge, open our networks, celebrate one another's successes, and create space for meaningful connection, everyone rises. This isn't about competition. It's about cooperation. It's about asking, "Why not us?" and then building the table where everyone has a seat.

Through gatherings, workshops, partnerships, and collaborative experiences, The Gratitude Collective connects people who believe that generosity is a strategy, relationships matter, and community is our greatest resource.

Together, we're proving that gratitude isn't simply something we feel, it's something we practice. And when we practice it together, extraordinary things happen.

What Sets Us Apart: We are systemic changers and out of the box thinkers, event disruptors, fun executors.

Collaboration Over Competition

We believe the best ideas grow when they're shared. Instead of competing for limited opportunities, we create spaces where people connect, collaborate, and rise together.

Community That Shows Up

Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. From meaningful introductions to hands-on support, we cultivate a network of people who genuinely want to see one another succeed.

Access for Changemakers

Every entrepreneur, artist, creator, and community builder deserves access to the resources, connections, and opportunities they need to thrive. We're committed to opening doors, and holding them open for others.
